Class Style: Our circuit-based strength training classes are designed to help you build lean muscle, improve endurance, and feel stronger in your daily life. Each class mixes strength with resistance bands, dumbbells, TRX &more plus cardio bursts, and functional movements in a supportive group setting so you get a full-body workout in just 45 minutes.
